LILIAN GARCIA
RAW ring announcer
Real Name: Lilian Garcia
Birth Date: 19/08/1972
Height: 5'5
Weight: 110lbs
Where she's from: South Carolina
What she does: Ring Announcer, singer and interviewer.
Some random info: Not only is Lilian a ring
announcer and interviewer for the WWF, this woman is an
amazing singer. At the start of every WWF event Lilian will
sing the American Nation Anthem. Lilian was a top 10 finalist
in the Miss South Carolina pageant. She lived for eight
years in Spain, and can speak the language fluently. Her
beautiful voice has been shown off at the Atlanta Olympics,
Live with Regis and Kathy Lee, CBS's Eye on People and Modern
People. She has performed in New York many times, and as
opened for James Brown and George Lamond. Lilian received
the great honour of singing the American Nation Anthem at
Wrestlemania 2000, as Vince McMahon in the past had gotten
Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Gladys Knight and Boys 2 Men
to do it at prior Wrestlemanias. As well as being a singer,
Lilian is an accomplished actress performing in theatre
productions. Lilian even has released a CD.

Any World Wrestling Entertainment fan who has
seen RAW in person knows that ring announcer Lilian Garcia
can sing the "Star Spangled Banner." But that's
certainly not the only song she performs.
Garcia's first single, "Shout," was
released last far and became a hit. She's currently working
on writing an entire pop/rock album.
Garcia has been singing since she was a small
child in Madrid, Spain. In her early teens -- by then Garcia's
family had relocated to Columbia, S.C. -- she was singing
with a band at clubs around the area; her mom chaperoned
so she could get in. Garcia went on to graduate cum laude
from the University of South Carolina.
In more recent years, she's performed in her
current hometown, New York City -- including several times
at WWE's Times Square complex, The World. In November 2001,
she sang on WWE's float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
As the ring announcer on RAW, Lilian has performed
the national anthem at hundreds of WWE events, as well as
at several NBA games and at a Chicago Cubs game at historic
Wrigley Field.
